“A memorable one but not my favorite experience – my first time singing at Carnegie Hall was with a collection of choirs. After being mildly sick during multiple days of rehearsal, I showed up to the concert and had to leave the stage and miss one full song due to a coughing fit. Tears streaming down my face I was still in awe of the professionalism of the backstage workers at Carnegie who helped me off and back on stage with minimal interruptions to the larger group.”
